Jinan Carman Expands Truck Chassis & Transmission Kits for HOWO, FAW, Doosan
Targeting the heavy-duty truck maintenance segment, Jinan Carman has expanded its Truck Chassis System and Truck Transmission And Accessories ranges, focusing on three top brands: HOWO (Sinotruk), FAW, and CUMMINS,etc.
For Truck Chassis System:HOWO T7H Chassis Kits: Include reinforced leaf springs (high-carbon steel, load capacity increased by 12%), drive axles (Doosan DX300-compatible, for mining trucks), and steering linkages (FAW J6P-matched, reducing steering play by 25%).
Anti-vibration Components: Rubber bushings and shock absorbers tailored for FAW (FAW Jiefang) J7 chassis, improving ride comfort for long-haul drivers.
For Truck Transmission And Accessories:Transmission Accessories: Clutch kits (ceramic friction plates for durability), gear synchronizers (Cummins ISX-compatible), and transmission oil coolers (Doosan DL580-matched, preventing overheating in heavy-load operations).
“Chassis and transmission parts are the ‘backbone’ of trucks—our products undergo 5,000+ fatigue tests to ensure durability,” explained Zhang Wei, Head of Chassis & Transmission Division. “We’re now supplying these kits to 20+ truck service centers in Southeast Asia, targeting HOWO and Doosan fleet owners.
