Product Description
The clutch master cylinder converts the force generated by the clutch pedal into hydraulic pressure and outputs it to the clutch slave pump. The clutch driven pump converts hydraulic pressure into thrust, pushing the clutch release bearing to release the clutch. The clutch master cylinder is a part connected to the clutch pedal and connected to the clutch booster through an oil pipe. Its function is to separate the pedal through the booster. When the driver presses the clutch, the push rod will push the piston of the master cylinder to increase the oil pressure, and enter the slave cylinder through a hose, forcing the slave cylinder rod to push the release fork and push the release bearing forward. When the driver releases the clutch pedal, the hydraulic pressure generated will be released and the clutch will be in the engaged state. The clutch is a commonly used component in mechanical transmission, which can detach or engage the transmission system of a car at any time. However, cars require a clutch to function. When shifting gears during the driving process of a car, it is required that the clutch engage smoothly and disengage quickly and thoroughly.
