Product Description

The SD150F-1 is a high performance diesel

powered, hydraulic crawler mounted drill rig

designed for DTH drilling in the mining, quarry and

construction industries, specially for hard rocks. The

SD150F-1 equips with the fixed stronger boom and

high efficiency dry dust collecting system. Optional

towable Air compressor wagon gives drilling power

for the DTH hammer. The SD150F-1 drills 90 -

152mm (165mm for option) diameter holes with

3.5”/4”/5” （ Option for 6” ） hammer and 60/76mm

(Option for 89mm) drill pipes to depths up to 21

meters when equipped with 6+1 drill pipes (3000

mm long).

The powerful Hydraulic Direct drive, provides rapid

drilling positioning and excellent grade ability in

worksite. Robust drill construction and oscillating

undercarriage makes SD150F-1 very well suited for

work in demanding terrain. Drill is powered by

Yuchai diesel engine for low fuel consumption and

long service life. The entire drill is operated

hydraulically except for DTH Hammer which provides

enough air and pressure for faster drilling and

efficient cleaning of hole.
