The curvature deviation shall not be greater than 0.02-0.04 mm. The standard sinking of the ring in the groove shall not exceed 0.15-0.25 mm. The elasticity and clearance of the piston ring shall meet the regulations. In addition, check the light leakage of the piston ring, that is, place the piston ring flat in the cylinder, put a small light bulb under the piston ring and a shading plate on it, and then observe the light leakage gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, so as to know whether the contact between the piston ring and the cylinder wall is good.

Piston ring installation: 1. In the installation sequence, the oil ring shall be installed first, and the gas ring shall be installed from bottom to top; 2. When installing each ring, do not open the opening of the piston ring too much (the opening cannot be opened more than 8 times of the radial thickness t of the ring), and keep it just enough to fit into the piston; 3. Install the combined oil ring: a) Install the liner ring (middle bone) into the piston oil ring groove, and pay attention that the opening of the liner ring shall not overlap; b) Install the lower steel (scraper) blade and the upper steel blade, and do not use tools to open the opening. As shown in the figure, during installation, first clip one end of the lower steel sheet into the ring groove (on the lining ring), press the steel sheet port with your thumb, slide the thumb of the other hand into the ring groove along the side of the steel sheet, and then install the upper steel sheet in the same way. Do not install the lower and upper steel sheets on one side of the lining ring; c) In order to avoid possible overlap of lining ring openings when the piston is pushed into the cylinder, please stagger the upper and lower steel plate openings with the lining ring joint by 90 ~ 120 degrees. d) After installation, rotate the combined oil ring gently by hand, which shall be smooth without jamming. 4. Gas ring installation: a) Install with special tools; b) Install two gas rings and one gas ring in turn. Do not install the first and second gas rings upside down
