Product Description

When the diesel engine stalls, there is a coil like the generator in the solenoid valve, which generates magnetic force when powered on to pull the flameout switch back to the oil supply. When powered off, there is no magnetic force. The spring pushes the flameout to the flameout position, so there is no oil supply. After long-term use, the piston of the flameout solenoid valve is easy to be blocked by dust and dirt and can not move, and then it can not be started or flameout.

Product Details

Precautions for solenoid valve installation:

1. During installation, the arrow on the valve body shall be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Do not install it where there is direct dripping or splashing. The solenoid valve shall be installed vertically upward;

2. The solenoid valve shall ensure normal operation within the fluctuation range of 15% - 10% of the rated voltage;

3. After the solenoid valve is installed, there shall be no reverse differential pressure in the pipeline. It needs to be powered on several times to make it suitable for temperature before it can be officially put into use;

4. The pipeline shall be thoroughly cleaned before the installation of solenoid valve. The medium introduced shall be free of impurities. Filter installed in front of valve;

5. When the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, a bypass device shall be installed to ensure the continuous operation of the system
