Cooling fans are generally used for engine cooling and anti-freeze cooling to ensure that the engine does not fail due to high temperatures.
In hot operating environments, the engine must be properly cooled to keep it operating at the right temperature to meet the requirements for good engine performance, durability and exhaust emissions. The engine cooling system plays a key role here. It includes key cooling fans, water tanks, thermostats and other components.
(1) The radiator is the cooling system of the car. The radiator in the engine water cooling system is composed of three parts: the inlet chamber, the outlet chamber, the main board and the radiator core. Antifreeze flows inside the radiator core and the air body flows outside the radiator core. The hot antifreeze becomes cold because it dissipates heat to the air body, while the cold air body becomes warm because it receives heat from the antifreeze, so the radiator is a heat exchanger.
2) The radiator has both water storage and heat dissipation functions. The car radiator cover is installed with an air gas steam valve, an ordinary air hole with the atmosphere. When the water temperature rises, the cooling water inside the car radiator expands, so that the steam pressure rises and the steam valve is blown off. When the water temperature drops, the pressure drops, the air valve opens, the outside air air will enter the radiator from this common air hole, so that the pressure inside the radiator will remain the same.
