The exhaust gas turbocharger uses the high temperature exhaust gas of 700-900 ℃ from the engine to drive the turbine in the turbine to rotate, and the turbine shaft drives the impeller in the compressor to rotate at high speed to compress the air in a centrifugal way, so as to improve the intake air density of the engine to 2-3 atmospheres. So we can inject more fuel into the engine to improve the engine power.The engine with supercharger can not only output more take-off power, but also improve the height characteristics of the engine.Our superchargers are all high-power superchargers, which can effectively improve emissions,save energy and fuel, improve power and save fuel at the same time, saving about 5-10 liters per 100 km.

Turbochargers have to bear relatively high pressure, high speed and high temperature. In the past, the material used was the main material of ball milled cast iron. At present, due to the progress of science and technology and the requirements of lightweight, many turbochargers in our company are made of special alloy materials. The main turbine shaft (turbine head: K18 or K13 nickel base cast alloy / shaft 42CrMo), volute (low silicon nodular cast iron + nickel + molybdenum), pressure impeller (ZL201 or C35 cast aluminum), pressure shell (cast aluminum or forged aluminum), and intermediate low silicon nodular cast iron ensure the wear resistance and high temperature resistance of turbocharger parts.
