Assembly and precautions The assembly sequence of the fuel injector is reverse to the disassembly sequence, but the following points must be noted: 1. When assembling the needle valve body coupling, align the locating pin with the injector locating hole. 2. Tighten the nozzle cap nut to the specified torque, and the torque is 42-50N/m. 3. Pay attention to the force of the pressure regulating spring. 4. The screw in depth of the adjusting screw shall be appropriate.

Removal of fuel injector assembly: 1. Loosen the nut of high-pressure oil pipe connector (pay attention to pressure relief). 2. Remove the high-pressure fuel pipe and fixing clip. 3 Remove the oil return pipe. 4. After removing the fixing nuts of fuel injector, remove the fuel injector assembly with crowbar.
